There are many ways of getting advice from Citizens Advice Blackpool.
Advice in person We recognise that some people feel more comfortable dealing face-to-face with an adviser. We therefore do everything that we can to provide a face-to-face advice service for the residents of Blackpool. We offer face-to-face advice at our offices on Whitegate Drive and also at various outreach locations across Blackpool. If English is not your first language, contact the bureau for information about other languages it can provide advice in. BSL interpretation can be provided if arranged in advance. Advice in your doctor’s surgery In partnership with Blackpool Clinical Commissioning Group, Citizens Advice Blackpool is able to offer appointments with experienced, professional advisers and caseworkers at various health settings around the town. A number of doctors’ surgeries offer these appointments and if you're a patient registered with any of the surgeries listed here then you can make an appointment to see a Citizens Advice adviser by calling your doctor’s surgery to make an appointment on their usual appointments line.
