Post: Debt Caseworker/Trainee Debt Caseworker
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Whitegate Drive, Blackpool
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £19,465 - £24,565
 
Citizens Advice Blackpool is looking to recruit an experienced Debt Advice Caseworker, or someone who has transferable skills and wants to train to become an accredited Debt Advice Caseworker.
If you are applying as an experienced caseworker, then ideally you will be an Approved Intermediary for Debt Relief Order applications, or you will be expected to undertake training to obtain intermediary status. If you are applying as a trainee, you will be expected to undertake training to reach caseworker level within an agreed period of time, and subsequently, you would be expected to work towards intermediary status.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a flexible approach to working and the ability to prioritise work to satisfy funder targets.
