• Getting Advice
  There are many ways of getting advice. Hhether you prefer web advice, emails, the telephone or seeing an adviser face to face, the option is open to you.

• Advice in Person
  If you prefer to get advice face-to-face then there are several ways that we can help you. From our main office by appointment or drop-in, through two out of hours services at local centres or even in the comfort of your own doctor's surgery.

• At Our Office
  We can offer advice in the comfort of our central office on Whitegate Drive. The office lies on Devonshire square and is accessible to wheelchair users. Hearing loops are available on request and BSL interpretation can be provided if arranged in advance.

  We can offer advice at various locations in the community, from health centres to housing offices, including an out-of-hours service for thos who can't make it during our daytime opening hours

• out-of-hours service
  For those who are unable to make it to our offices or to contact is within working hours we offer an out of hours service with trained professional advisers at the Whitegate health centre, Whitegate Drive Blackpool.

  A number of doctors surgeries around the town offer appointments with citizens advice bureau advisers in their surgery. This page gives details of those surgeries were involved in this partnership.

  With assistance from the national lottery we are now able to offer a telephone advice service six days a week. This page contains details of the telephone advice opening hours and telephone number.

  You can get information from citizens advice online 24 hours a day from the award-winning advice guide website. Alternatively you can contact your local citizens advice bureau by e-mail or by web form on this page.
