Good and welcome to Blackpool Citizens Advice Bureau – your one-stop shop for information
and advice. Citizens advice bureau started life as an emergency war service. World War II was declared on third of
September 1939 and the first 200 bureau opened their doors the very next day.
For over 70 years, Blackpool citizens advice bureau has been providing information and advice to
the residents of Blackpool.
We help people to resolve legal, money and other problems by providing free information and advice, and by
influencing policymakers. We provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to
everyone on their rights and responsibilities.
