General Advice Service

Blackpool Citizens Advice Bureau offers a full general advice service where you can find information and advice on any subject. Our trained volunteer general advisers will use the details you give them along with our extensive and constantly updated Electronic Information System to give advice on the subject that concerns you.

Our general advice service answers thousands of queries every year, from housing, benefits, employment, debt and consumer problems through to neighbour nuisance, court actions and topics from A-Z.

Where there are others better placed to help you we will tell you who they are and how to contact them.

All the advice you receive will be free and impartial and details of your visit will remain confidential.
