face to face advice in our office
We offer face to face advice sessions with a trained adviser 5 days per week.
This is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and the service is often very busy so early arrival is
recommended. If we can't see everyone who turns up, we may need to close our doors to new callers before he
closing times below. Please note that wednesdays are by appointment only.Advice sessions
Some days now have a short introductory "gateway" interview to help decide how
you can be best advised. You may then be asked to make an appointment. If the bureau is open only for
appointments or specialist advice this will be indicated below
