Advice in person

We recognise that some people feel more comfortable dealing face-to-face with an adviser. We therefore do everything that we can to provide a face-to-face advice service for the residents of Blackpool.

There are different ways that you can obtain advice in person from an adviser and these are detailed in the pages below:

• At Our Office
  
  We can offer advice in the comfort of our central office on Whitegate Drive. The office lies on Devonshire square and is accessible to wheelchair users. Hearing loops are available on request and BSL interpretation can be provided if arranged in advance.
• in the community
  
  We can offer advice at various locations in the community, from health centres to housing offices, including an out-of-hours service for thos who can't make it during our daytime opening hours
