Blackpool citizens advice bureau holds quality Mark specialist level help contract with the community legal service to deliver welfare benefits and debt advice (mainly those with low income, new savings or on income support).

Face-to-face debt advice casework service is available for those who have no bank account, no savings, users of high interest credit and income which is less than £14,000 per annum.

Casework and specialist level help is available in bureau, and GP surgeries and other outreach sites across Blackpool Wyre and Fylde.

Access is by appointment, following initial assessment of eligibility and referral by a generalist adviser or other agency.
